What is a Travel Planner?

A travel planner is a professional dedicated to designing and managing customized travel itineraries that perfectly align with your unique needs and preferences. Unlike traditional travel agencies offering fixed packages, a travel planner personalizes every detail of the journey, carefully taking into account factors like cultural interests, specific passions, budget, and individual requirements.

Itinerary Design: The travel planner crafts a bespoke itinerary by selecting the best destinations, activities, and points of interest to meet the traveler’s expectations and interests.

Logistical Organization: They handle all bookings, whether for flights, accommodations, local transportation, or guided tours, optimizing the client’s comfort and budget (The travel planner does not make reservations. It is up to the customer to book flights/hotels… using the links sent to them by the planner).

Advice and Recommendations: The planner shares valuable tips, restaurant recommendations, cultural insights, and practical advice, allowing the client to make the most of their journey.

Support: In case of any issues or adjustments needed during the trip, the planner is readily available to help find solutions and ensure the trip flows smoothly (depending on the package you chose). 

In essence, a travel planner is dedicated to making each journey simple, enjoyable, and perfectly tailored, providing professional guidance that transforms vacations into unforgettable experiences.

The travel planner will ensure that you leave to your trip with all the necessary information and having benefited from the best offer according to your budget and your various requests. Flights, hotels, activities, he takes care of everything. He offers a travel service linked to his knowledge of the heritage of the place you wish to visit.

Steps :

Firstly, we will arrange a free 30-minute call so that I can understand your needs. After this call, I will send you an initial proposal that you will have the opportunity to modify. Then I will make the final proposal. I will send you the links of the flights, hotels and and other rentals so that you can proceed to the online reservation.

Pack 3 Flights + Hotels + Car rental

In this package, I take care of finding your flight, hotel and car rental. I send you the links and you just have to book. 

Pack 4 Customizable

This package is entirely customizable and pricing is based on requests.
